Mortgage Broking Essentials
Purpose
This course is a compulsory elementof the Certificate in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking) or can be anelective for non mortgage brokers. It is intended to provide the skill andknowledge necessary for providing quality mortgage advice and is a compulsoryelement for membership of the NZMBA.
This is a stand alone course that is part of the nationally recognised New Zealand qualification of the Certificate in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking).

- Thinking about the opportunities mortgage broking could provide your business
- Associated with mortgage lending and property transfers and would like to know more

Qualification
Upon successful completion of theprogram, you will receive a Certificate of Competence signifying partial completionof the following NZQA accredited New Zealand qualification, the National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5).
This course is approved by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority(NZQA) under the provisions of the Education Act 1989, and adviserlink is aregistered private training enterprise accredited to teach it.
