National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5)
The NCFS-5 certificate provides a nationally recognised qualification for financial advisers seeking to become suitably qualified in line with Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA) status.
Qualification Pathway

The NCFS-5 qualification requires a minimum of 50 Unit Standard Credits (“USC”). Elective units can then be selected from insurance, investment and practice management courses and undertaken by self-paced Distance Learning or accelerated face-to-face Workshop.
All Workshop courses are facilitated by experienced facilitators and practitioners; and delivered to small groups of students in the main cities, or provincially upon request.
Workshop Courses. Facilitated skills based workshops are available in all major cities and in many provincial areas (on demand). For time-conscious individuals, facilitator-led workshops allow for effective time management to complete the course of study in a structured environment.
Distance Learning. For self-motivated advisers, distance learning provides extra flexibility that is fully-supported.
